In the field of debt collection, we specialize mostly in the communication with debtors, i.e. in the preparation of debt reminders and filling lawsuits or in drafting settlement agreements and payment orders.If the debtor does not pay the debt willingly, we represent our clients in all the stages of court proceedings and also execution proceedings.

The website of thisauthorized entity is www.cak.cz. In the event of a dispute between a consumerand an attorney at law that cannot be settled directly between the parties, theconsumer may contact the Czech Bar Association directly. The conciliation boardof the Czech Bar Association is entrusted with the performance of out-of-courtsettlement of consumer disputes. For the purposes of out-of-court settlement ofdisputes, the conciliation of attorneys at law code shall be used appropriately(Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Czech Bar Association No. 2/1998of the Gazette, which regulates conciliation proceedings).
