In the event of a dispute between a consumerand an attorney at law that cannot be settled directly between the parties, theconsumer may contact the Czech Bar Association directly. The conciliation boardof the Czech Bar Association is entrusted with the performance of out-of-courtsettlement of consumer disputes. For the purposes of out-of-court settlement ofdisputes, the conciliation of attorneys at law code shall be used appropriately(Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Czech Bar Association No. 2/1998of the Gazette, which regulates conciliation proceedings).
