The conciliation boardof the Czech Bar Association is entrusted with the performance of out-of-courtsettlement of consumer disputes. For the purposes of out-of-court settlement ofdisputes, the conciliation of attorneys at law code shall be used appropriately(Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Czech Bar Association No. 2/1998of the Gazette, which regulates conciliation proceedings).
