Mgr. Tomáš Bejček

Tomáš is a founder of the office. He as an attorney at law and a patent attorney. He focuses on intellectual property law, unfair competition law and advertisement law. He is also engaged in general agenda incl. civil, commercial and criminal law. He is also active in publications and lectures.

Education:

• Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law (diploma thesis „Limitations of a registered trademark“ - 2005)
• Czech Industrial Property Office, Industrial Property Education Institute 2007

Working Experience:

• Leading Czech trademark and patent office (2005-2009)
• Czech Law office focused on intellectual property law (2009-2012)
• artpatent (since 2013)
