In the area of media and advertising law we offer services of legal assessment of advertising campaigns, from the perspective of intellectual property, moral rights, competition law, protection of personal data, as well as from the perspective of public law regulations. For our clients we prepare and assess contracts with media and marketing agencies. We are experienced in the evaluating advertisements for nutritional supplements and legal assessment of drug focused advertising campaigns.

We represent our clients in proceedings concerning administrative offences according to the Advertising Regulation Act and we provide legal aid in areas covered by Radio and Television Broadcasting Act. We also represent our clients in civil legal proceedings concerning media and advertising law.
